Here's what you do:
1. Go to internet explorer and do alt plus T for tools.
2. Hit control shift tab to go back to advanced settings.
3. Under advanced settings, go down to security and turn on the button that says allow active content from CD's to run on my computer.
4.  Go to Okay and you're finished.
5. If that fails, you can install your Duxbury from the Duxbury website again. See if that doesn't work.
