Hi, Shelley, In terms of Brailling language worksheets, one alternative is to do the following: 1. Highlight the language being Braille (for example Spanish) 2. Press the F8 key, which will open the Styles Menu and click on Spanish. This is especially nice when you have a large block of text in one language. It does become cumbersome if you need to translate line by line. I hope this helps. I'm new to this list. I'm a teacher of the visually impaired. I am currently working with a two students taking Spanish and German. I would like to know if there is an easy way to braille worksheets that are part in English and part in the foreign language. I have been typing the documents switching between Alt. 1 for the foreign language and Alt. 2 for the English and foreign language accented letters. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
