The BrailleSense Plus has a one-handed mode for both the qwerty and braille
style keyboards. It's the quietest notetaker I've ever heard and its touch
is very light. I use the qwerty keyboard and, though I have the use of both

hands, I use one-handed mode because it's easier to type the commands.
(There is only one control and function key.) I think the qwerty keyboard
would be faster and it would take less force and finger movement than the
braille style keyboard. The BrailleSense Plus is also less expensive than
the BrailleNote. GW Micro is a very responsive company and, if the unit
needs repair, it can be sent to GW Micro. The BN must be sent to Canada.

The ideal thing would be a speech-to-braille device, but there's no such
animal yet, (grin).
