Sorry, it's kind of late here in the UK.
I should have said in my last message that to select one of the buttons simply
use the left or right arrow keys.
Once you are on the one you want, Tab to the OK button.

Hi Debby,
In the Header (and Footer) dialog, there is a section which refers to
"placement" and contains four radio buttons for All pages, Left, Right and None.
I suspect you want to ensure that the "All pages" button is selected.
