[duxuser] Question about Page Numbers

I was using Roman numerals and now want to change to Arabic. I also want to
begin numbering with page 1 using Arabic. I've done this a thousand times
but for some reason, today, I can't get this to work. What am I missing
here? I was able to change from Roman Numerals to Arabic but can't get the
pv to be 1. The set first page number to display is 1.
