Hi Deb,

Maybe you have 8-dot braille turned off (givving you 6-dot, which won't show the computer braille dot7 cap marker ).

Go to the Jaws Config Manager (Insert-6 (6 on the main keyboard).

Then Alt-S for Settings, B for Braille.

Then you can hit 8 to go to the 8-dot checkbox. Make sure it is checked, then hit Enter.

Save the change & close the Config Manager.

If that's where the problem is, that will fix it.
