You ideally need the [top] and [sd#] codes, explained in
detail in Help: Codes, Styles & Templates, Page, Skip to
Odd/Even.

Don't know; but I've done it accidentally ... I'd think you
could just put a
new pv at the top of the next page and that would work just
fine ... but I
could be wrong--probably am. <g<

My Braille document starts on page 6, but I don't want it
starting on
the back of page 5 as that is my table of contents. Can I
suspend page
numbering and still have it start with page 6 but but
starting on the
righthand side of the book rather than the back of page 5?
