Hi Karina, Can I suggest you mail me the document as an attachment off list to george@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx It will be a good exercise, and hopefully I'll be able to help you set up the Word importer and offer a few tips and tricks. The document is written in Times New Roman with a line space between each paragraph. I have been reading the tutorial on the Duxbury Systems website, but it doesn't specify whether or not I need to set a style for text apart from headings. Is this the case? It is a case study for a seminar. I tried translating it from print to Braille, and and I selected the Grade 2 Braille. Do I need to do anything else as it is still appearing on-screen as grade 1? With regards to that case study document, I tried pasting it into Notepad, and opening and translating it from there but a lot of the Braille was indented when I opened it as a text file. Thank you in advance for your help, it is much appreciated. Karina This Message has been scanned for viruses by McAfee Groupshield.
