[duxuser] Perky Duck and key commands

Hello-
I am using Perky Ducks for additional certifications, but I am
wondering if the key strokes or commands used in Duxbury are also
available in perky Ducks?
i.e., centering (shift + F6), new paragraph (control + M).
I understand that it is a basic Braille format, but since there is no
layout menu, are these commands still accessible?
