[duxuser] No text on line 1 and 25

Hi,
I'm using the template BANA Braille 2008 and DXB 10.7
I'm transcribing a long table of contents that take several pages. I don't want
any entries on line 1 and 25.
Is there a code that I can use to solve the problem instead of doing it
manually by inserting [sk1] at the appropriate position?
