I want the paragraph to start in cell one. I want a skipped line
between each paragraph.

Question:

In which cell do you want your paragraphs to start?

Do you want a blank line between each paragraph?

Being specific about what you want the paragraph style to do will help
get you the answer to the question you are asking.
