[duxuser] More on JAWS and Duxbury

Hi all,

Thanks to those who've sent me some ideas about how to get my JAWS and Duxbury to coexist happily. I've tried changing settings in the global views and in the view menu. I found when I pressed enter on full page in the view menu the Braille display and JAWS worked in my Duxbury file even though the Braille font was on. This is good because, having some vision, I like to be able to see my Braille file as well since the braille display doesn't show me the start of a new page. However my problem now is that the braille font is very small. When I uncheck full page in the views menu the Braille font becomes much larger but the braille display and JAWS stop working. I have worked on other computers, such as my one at work, where I can have JAWS, Braille and a large Braille font, so I'm wondering if maybe I just don't have enough memory in this computer for them all to work happily together. This computer was a gift (lucky me!) and I don't know how much memory it has. Can anyone tell me if this might be my problem or if there's anything else I can do. I can always just live with the small Braille font, but I'm trying to have my cake and eat it too.

Cheers and thanks,

Nadine.
