This printer was installed, printer set to USB using USB port, recognized
by computer on screen and acknowledged by printer using USB port to
computer, attempt to print and immediately states error on request to
print. Document is one on file therefore, is a document printed before.
Does the document have to be converted to new software?
Re-installed the printer and says it is in an error state?
The Tec guy has left for the day

I think you are talking about a Juliette pro 60? Can you be more specific
as to what you are trying to do? Assume you are trying to get Duxbury to
