There's no way to set the binding margin for the back pages independently of
the front.

The problem is that this document has more than 40 characters on some
lines
so we have to set it up for at least 42. Duxbury seems to need to start
more and more over to the left on the back of the page as the number of
characters per line is increased. I need to be able to set the binding
margin on the back independently of the front.
