First, I'm assuming you are based in North America in which case Humanware
are the exclusive main distributor.
Second, it is not always easy to see what is causing the snagging problem
without partly dismantling the embosser.
Perhaps a call to Humanware may help you locate a repairer close to your
location

Subject: [duxuser] Index 3 embosser question
Hi all,
I have a faithful Index 3 duo embosser. I am having an issue with the paper
not feeding correctly into the embosser on the left side.
It almost seems as if something is "stuck" and preventing the paper from
feeding into the embosser. The bar turns and feeds the paper and then it
gets stuck on the left side.
I had someone sighted take a look and they don't seem to see anything stuck.
Does anyone have any recommendations? Where could I ship this to be looked
at?
