Hi Gary,

With a major conference last week, quite a few have been out of the
office. However, if you've not had a response in a day or two,
perhaps a telephone call wouldn't go amiss.

George.

Thanks George. I have entered a support form. Now I just need to send
an e-mail asking them to verify that they have received my support
request because I waited two weeks before finally calling. Don said
that the request had never arrived.

Hi Gary,

Your best bet here is to contact support at Duxbury and they'll talk
you through things. There can be variables, so no single answer here
will guarantee you a successful result.

George.

I have sent this problem out about two or three weeks ago. I won't go
into the details like I did before; the error message is below.

My word file imports into Duxbury when I open Duxbury and read the
Word file in. My macro settings are Enable all macros.

I would be grateful if someone has any ideas. To the lady who
responded to my problem description in the past, I appreciate the
suggestion. Yet, the problem still exists.

Microsoft Word

The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro
security settings.
