Hello Betsy:
Type alt-h to get to the help menu and then type "a" which will bring you to the "about DBT" menu. Press tab twice until you get to the de-activate menu where you will find your way.

Subject: [duxuser] How to Deactivate
Listers,
I need to deactivate a copy of DBT 10.5 in Windows XP so that I can install it on a new computer. I can't find a deactivate button or anything in the "Help." I'm sure it's there, but will someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance...
