Hi,
I believe you can install Duxbury on only 2 machines with the Single User
License.
They do have a plan where you can buy multiple licenses but you have to call
Duxbury to find out the pricing.

I have DBT 11.3 installed on my home computer, where I edit documents but
can't emboss because the embosser is in the basement; it is also installed
on the windows XP computer in the basement that drives a very old Juliet
embosser. Can I install DBT on my work computer, which is about ten miles
