Ray,

Try changing the right margin on the embosser to 44 or 45. If you're only losing one character, 44 will work. If you're losing two characters, 45 should do the trick. Good luck.

Hi All:

I have installed Duxbury Version 10.5. I'm having a problem. We use a Enabling Juliet Pro Braille Embosser here at the center and I've got the embosser set up as follows:

Left Margin: 3
Right Margin: 42
This allows for 40 characters per line on 11 inch wide paper.

IN the Embosser setup for the document I'm trying to Braille, I have:

Brailler Device: Enabling Juliet Pro
Desired Characters per Line: 40
Desired Lines per Page: 25
Top Margin: 1
Binding Margin: 2

I've also got the escape codes option in the device settings tab for the Juliet Pro unchecked.

Here's my problem. On the odd numbered pages, the lines appear to print correctly. On the even numbered pages, I lose one or two characters at the end of each line. Has anyone else had this problem and how have you solved it?

Thanks,
