Hi Doreen,
There are two commands you can use to have the first line start in cell 1
and the runovers to start in cell 3 or cell 5.
Use the List command from the styles list. Write the items in text wrap (no
carriage returns at the right margin for runovers. Carriage only at
intended return to left margin). Highlight the entire section to be in this
format. Press F8 key, select LIST, press ENTER key. The section will have a
blank line at the top of the list and at the bottom of the list. The first
line will be in cell 1 and runovers in cell 3.
OR write your text in text wrap, highlight the section to be indented,
press F8 key, select 1-3 or 1-5 (for runovers to begin in cell 5), press
ENTER key.
In the numbered commands part of the F8 list, the first number is the first
cell and the second number is the first runover cell number. As you can see
there are many choices in the list.
