If you mean asterisked notes that are expanded at the foot of the page or the end of the volume, you probably need to set them up in MS Word and use the appropriate BANA template. Somebody please tell me if this is wrong, as we don't have Word or use BANA here, and consequently have to use a different braille translator to transcribe books with footnotes.
