Hi Catherine:

Sorry, I don't have the books you are looking for. However,
I'd like to
know what software performs the Optical Braille Recognition?
Often there
are pages of Braille that I would like to make an electronic
copy of for
easier storage. This would be most helpful! To bad a
feature can't be
built into either DBT or Kurzweil since they are all
expensive packages.

Thank you.

The drawing book I was looking for last week is apparently
part of a
series including instructions for all kinds of pre-made
images and two
more manuals. These books were originally authored by Marie
Porter and
produced by the Guild for the Blind in Chicago. Each one had
both a print
and a Braille version. If anyone has any of them, please
write to me
off-list. I would like to borrow them, either for
scanning--print, or for
running through Optical Braille Recognition
software--Braille. The books
will be returned undamaged.
Please write me privately about this.
Thanks.
Catherine
