Hi Steve, Never feel embarrassed in these situations. If it's our own mistake, we learn. And quite often, if we can make it happen incorrectly, it highlights a flaw of one kind or another. If I had a Dollar for every false error I reported, I'd have a nice pocket full of change. However if I also had to pay back a Dollar for every time my mistake had shown up another flaw as a result, I'd only have a few bucks to buy an ice cream! (Smile) I hope you can find the document you had the problem with. It may well be that it does indeed show up another problem. I encountered this problem while using the Paragraph style, but now I can't make it happen. I need to find out if there was something wrong in the document I was working on. I didn't think so, but obviously something strange is happening here. I'm a bit embarrassed to have inaccurately reported what I thought was a problem.
