Hi Bernard,

Alternatively - and I know it might sound a little time-consuming - you
could translate the text once into English, and once into uncontracted
Spanish.  You could then cut and paste the uncontracted Spanish Braille into
the English Braille document (or vice versa)...

Thought this could help as a last resort!
