Good morning. You have the command incorrect
The Command to disable the Paper Out sensor is 12.0. What do you mean by
bypass? I haven’t ever seen anything about bypass in the manual.
Thanks so much.
I hope that you have a good day.
Paul

Good morning. I followed your instructions, and when I got to the command 12.3
then enter, I heard that it was an invalid entry. I think that it was still in
bypass mode from a few months ago. I will try to embosse something and see how
it goes. Thanks again.

Hello. I have a Juliet Pro 60. Here’s how to disable the Paper Out sensor. I’ll
use menu 3 so substitute your menu number.
1. Take the embosser off line.
2 Enter menu 3 with 0.3e.
3. Enter 12.0e.
4. Enter 1.0e.
5. Enter 1.1e.
Be sure to stay close to your embosser. You don’t want to run out of paper and
damage it.
I hope this helps.

Thanks. I followed your instructions and while doing this, I remembered the
last time I had the unit serviced, when it arrived, I was having the same
problem. So I called enabling, and they helped me to bypass the paper sensor.
Can you tell me how to do this? I would send it back in, but my warranty is
out, and funds are not available for this. Thanks.

Hello,
Your problem sounds like you need to adjust the top margin in Duxbury.
Pull down the Document Menu and open Embosser Setting and change the
top of margin to 1 or 2.
then Open the Global Menu and Embosser Setting and change the top of
margin to whatever you set under the Document Menu and Embosser Setting.
Then, run a test by embossing a couple of pages to see if you have
enough space at the top and bottom of the page.
If you have further questions, contact me and I'll try to help you further.
