Hi Margaret,
This was never a feature in DBT that I recall.
However there are various available if you Google for "Clipboard software" -
many free, though I can't speak for accessibility.
There is however a way to copy and paste non-contiguous text in Word.

Subject: [duxuser] Clipboarding?
Greetings folks
Someone has mentioned something she thinks might be called "Clipboarding",
where a series of saved text-bites are saved outside of the file but can be
inserted into it using key strokes, eg Ctrl 1 for one bit of text and Ctrl 2
for another bit of text.
Sounds like sort of a more versatile external version of copy and paste.
I hadn't heard of this. Is this ringing a bell with anyone?
Is this a feature that was part of Duxbury in the past but has gone out of
style? Is this a feature that is still a possibility?
Looking forward to your feedback.
Learning something new every day!
