[duxuser] Change Case? Really?

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to change the case of some highlighted text from each word
capitalized to all caps by pressing shift+f3. Whether I use the shortcut or
choose change case from the edit menu, the same thing seems to happen -
nothing. JAWS 15 does not announce that the case has changed, and there is
no change obvious when I read each character with the arrow keys. Does this
command really work? All help appreciated.
