Speaking of uniformity - I had the imp ression  that UBC was accepted last

This is great news, and thank you for telling us all.

It is good to know that the "Nova Grafia" Brazilian Portuguese rules have
been put to the Ultimate test.

It is also encouraging to know that there is now a Universal Portuguese
braille.  If only that were the case for English!!
