Use straight quotes not curly quotes.

My company's Braille transcription department is using Duxbury version
12.1. Lately I have been finding that when words end with an apostrophe,
such as officers' or brothers', Duxbury translates the trailing apostrophe
as a closing single quote.

How can we prevent this error?
