Templates added by one user are indeed available to all users, but no, there is
no way to set a machine-wide default template.

Looks like there's a gremlin messing up embosser settings. I believe Peter
is now on to it, so we'll await news.
Given that Templates are stored in \\\Program Files\dbt 10.6\templates, I
thought they were common to all. I'm sure Peter will advise.
