[duxhelp] Help Menus code lists

HI All

This is my favorite from last year 10.5 so I couldn't resist checking in 10.6 
beta 3...

It seems to have changed slightly....

Method 1.

From the help menu, contents tab: scroll down until you reach DBT Codes Quick 
Reference and click on it.  You'll be taken to a version of the codes reference.

Method 2.

From the index tab type in 'code list', you'll be taken to a screen that says 
Layout:Code list.  One of the links in the 3rd para under the image is to the 
DBT Codes Quick Reference.

Coming in this way you get the same page with display differences only.  Not a 
catastrophe, but it seems there is two (still) differing pages for the codes 
list, displaying differently.  Content appears to be the same.
