David,

George is going to try to get David running.  We can then pick up a tested
emb.elt section from David for the next go 'round, which won't be long in
coming.

I wanted to fix the Thiel Beta X3 for 13 inch paper in the emb.elt table.

However, no one responded to my repeated e-mails for the braille cell
dimensions.

So I only added 13 inch paper size for those embossers for which I could get
solid numbers.
