David, In this case, I'm not sure myself. The "include" was meant as a hedge in case there are others. But I've not myself been made aware of any. Symbol import/translation problems, such as the one you mentioned, are generally pretty simple to fix. So we can add to the list of three pretty easily. - Peter -----Original Message----- From: duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of David Spybey Sent: Wednesday, March 22, 2006 4:23 PM To: duxhelp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxhelp] Re: British code differentials Peter The beta home page states 'Scientific Notebook importer improvements include' which I assumes means that there are other improvements. Is it possible to know what they are, in addition to the the three listed on the beta page. What we have done is described on the beta home page. I'll have a look at the particular issue that you mention. As far as I know, it hasn't been fixed, but presumably could be. - Peter -----Original Message----- From: duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of David Spybey Sent: Wednesday, March 22, 2006 7:29 AM To: duxhelp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxhelp] Re: British code differentials Is there any expected improvement in the translation of Mathematics from Scientific Notation to Braille? An example would be that when going from Scientific Notation to Braille via DBT the translation of 'f dash' the differential and 'f double dash' do not give the correct British Mathematics code. The dashes are superscripts not the horizontal kind. The ascii should be f@9 for f dash and f@99 for f double dash.
