The real deal behind the orcs and the 
sailors is also nagging at me.  It's 
what Kage wanted to find out by casting 
the Speak with Dead spell.  If he 
wasn't so ruthless, I could have seen 
him casting it on a sailor instead of 
trying to make a point to Tori, but 
then he wouldn't be Kage.

As for Alturo, I kind of see it like he 
got a promotion. :)
