[drn_exchange] Phasing out this list

Hi everyone, we now have all of you, except Keith, who have accepted the
invite to join the new eGroup on Yahoo. So, perhaps this evening we can
formally agree to phase out drn_exchange@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and move all activity
over to disabilityrightsnetwork@xxxxxxxxxxx this also gives us a chance to
review our brief experiment and agree a way of working together on our new
list. See most of you this evening and Richard next week.
