what exactly is a fixed pole?? mine rides on a spring, where it attaches to
the carriage, is a fixed pole truly 'fixed.' does it have a joint of any
kind, at the attachement? (i would think for equine comfort it wouldhave to
ride up & down somewhat...)
& can someone explain what exactly does delayed steering do, or how
(maybe why??) does it work... thanks, Nancy in NH
