Ellensburg has a great venue with different possibilities at the Kittitas Valley Event Center - here is the link to their website. http://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/kvec/facilities.asp It is fairly centrally located in the state directly off highway 97 & I-90. I like the fact that it adjoins the Iron Horse State Park, which has 100 miles of trails on which to ride and drive. If we booked after April 30th, we could be pretty much guaranteed a snow-free environment in which to work, and no sno park permit will be required. Just an idea! I hope this all works out, because I'd love to try this place out and meet you all.
