[drivingpairs] brake noise

Besides milk, which I am told works well, there are also commercially
available sprays that kill the noise without reducing brake efficacy. I
can't remember the name of the one Wendy has in her presentation carriage,
but it does the job. Might not work longer than one show, and the idea of
reworking the whole mechanical system is probably a better long term fix.
