A friend sent me this link from Amazon.com today. Long ago, I spent a week
training with Heike Bean. While I was there, I had the good fortune of reading
this her final draft of this book. Don't know if this is an updated version
or not, but I recommend it. It only has one chapter on pairs (as I remember),
but it's chock full of great information. It would be an asset to all driving
libraries and the price is 'right'.
