You could do split screen! The horses from the driver's view and the
driver from the horses and you could mount them on the dashboard facing
the horses for a view that would remind you and I of all of our best
bosses!

Hi Noel,
That is easy to do these days. They have little cameras that could be mounted on the horses. You would need a couple of video cameras, but it is totally possible. We've talked about doing it.
My boyfriend made a helmet cam for when he rides his bike. Mounted a camera to a model helicopter and flow around taking pictures of the camp. The carriage is really easy if you have someone who can help you with the shopping at Fry's (BIG electronics store out here in CA).

I couldn't agree more with getting someoneexperienced to help youstart in Tandem. I was very fortunate to haveCamptown Dave as mygroom and Sterling Graburn as my instructor. My STB girls had prettymuch only been driven single before we hookedthem. We used a marathonvehicle in an indoor with Sterling as thewhip, I was the passengerand Dave was the able bodied groom standingon the back. I have togive lots of Kudos to all the Tandeminstructors who are willing totake the reins and drive two horses that theydon't know Tandem and topeople like Dave who are very knowledgeableand willing to assist. Iwas quite surprised at how well they caughton to what they needed todo. I did find riding my wheeler andlonglining the leader before wehooked very helpful. It was quite challengingto drive two long stridedSTB in a small indoor. My brain went to mushquite a few times andKatie the leader would stop stand cock herfoot shake her head andlook back at me as if to say "please letSterling drive".STB girls around a raceA memorable Tandem moment: I am driving thetrack at a fairly good clip. I am practicingAchenbach rein handling.Sterling suggests I shorten two of my reinsand I give a large pull tothe wrong two reins. The girlies go East-West very quickly and Ialmost sit the leader on her butt. The leaderwas not happy but stoodher ground, just shaking her head. Sterlingstays completely calmthroughout and explains how corrections needto be done in smallincrements with Tandems and which reins toshorten next time. Wecontinue around the racetrack without furtherincident.superb job of driving the STBCamptown Dave and Wendy Ying also did agirlies. I think these horses needed anexperienced person drivingthem first so they could learn what wasexpected of them. I have bothtrace carriers and a trace holder on myleader's harness. The tracecarriers are traditional , but the traceholders are behind thecarriers and actually snap into a ring sewninto the traces fartherback to keep them held up a little higher. Ihave to date not had aproblem even in tight turns with the horsesstepping on or under thetraces but I also have never done an HDT orCDE with them.for private users.Camptown Dave makes a great Tandem harness.
