Good afternoon, please find attached this evening's agenda, plus last month's 
minutes for quick reference.


As mentioned in my previous email; due to lack of resources and committee 
members, we are faced with cancelling the Year End event. Only two people 
contacted me expressing interest in helping organize, and one of them is not 
available the day of. I placed this as an agenda item, as we have placed a down 
payment on Mohawk Park, and we should discuss as a group one last time before 
recording in the minutes our final outcome.


Sorry I am unable to attend this evening. No one approached me to guest chair 
the meeting, so have at it [😉]
