[dokuwiki] toolbar picker

I've added a picker toolbar for a plugin. Two things I'm wondering about
that I couldn't find on the toolbar page.
Is it possible to change the text that appears when you hover over a button
in the expanded picker? Right now it shows the exact syntax that get's
added. I'd rather display some clever text.
Is it possible to make the toolbar buttons wrap the syntax around selected
text, just as the h1, h2... buttons?
