[dokuwiki] quick template switch for user

Hi there,
does anyone know if there is a plugin like tpl_button('template',
'theTemplate); which can be put into a template just like edit or admin
button to allow any user to switch the layout/template for the current
session, without writing it into the configfiles? If not, please tell
me, so that I can implement something for wiki version
dokuwiki-2006-03-09.
