[dokuwiki] "modify page" only in home page

Hi to all,
I'm using dokuwiki for some free projects and right now I've installed
2006-03-09b + sidebar template on one of my sites, upgrading from an
old 2005-02-18 version (with some problem but it seems ok).
The strange problem I have is that when I do login I can only modify
the home page, all other pages don't show the "modify" button! running
"?do=chec" on every page tell me that both home and other pages have
the right privileges (8 or 16, I tried both).
I tries searching on Internet/forums with no results (sorry if I
missed something), do someone have ideas?
