yes, this is a very nice idea.
Also I pledge, that translations of pages in
http://www.dokuwiki.org/dokuwiki
appear automatically, even without announcing new languages.
(see discussion on plugin:translation, "hide the untranslated page links")
Result would be the listing of all actually existing translations.
