[dokuwiki] hack attack to dokuwiki

Hi,
I maintain a dokuwiki <http://www.spatial-ecology.net> that is continuously
attack by somebody that is creating several users.
First i change the pw but the attack was still go on so I changed
permission (0400) to conf/users.auth.php.
Is there a robust way to protect the the dokuwiki folders from an hack
attack?
Beside this i have an editing problems.
As you may see in this
page<http://www.spatial-ecology.net/ost4sem_dokuwiki/doku.php?id=wiki:bash>(and
also in others pages) the table of contest is not on the right side.
Any suggestions?
