[dokuwiki] enforcing 'edit summary's?

Hello all.
Is there a way to configure DokuWiki so that an article's
modifications will not be accepted unless the 'Edit summary' field is
filled in?
I have a few users who forget to fill this information in. Makes the
history pages harder to use.
