[dokuwiki] Re: dokuwiki substitutes double underscores in filename for single underscore

I have a file named "2019__06.pdf". When I link it on a page, and click
on the link, I get: "Not Found" and the URL shown in the browser is:
/_media/docs/2019_06.pdf
Filenames have to be valid page ids. If you upload files circumventing
the media manager (eg. by putting them directly into data/media) you
have to ensure they are valid yourself.
