My e-mails bounced, and I received no response here either.
Without reaction to my request to have the plugin moved to DokuFreaks
org either, I decided to fork the plugin.
So I merged Andi's PR, did some housekeeping and cut a new release
2021-01-30.
The plugin's new official home is at
https://github.com/dregad/dokuwiki-plugin-cspheader
Plugin page
https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:cspheader has been updated
accordingly.
