The 'cachetime' setting in conf/dokuwiki.php should be set for 24
hours by default (unless you've overridden it in conf/local.php), so
the file will get purged
You can also just 'touch' the file in your crontab as often during the
day as you want to make sure it gets purged from the cache on a
regular basis.
A cache management plugin woul be nice, too....
